iclient3d从9升级到10后，原来的S3MTilesLayer未能显示且发现访问奇怪网址。

如果S3MLayer中的url使用域名如：http://xxx.com/......,则访问http://xxx./login.json

如果url使用IP如：,则访问http://120.0.0.77/login.json

没有执行到Cesium.when(promise,function (layer) {....});中的function

console.log(promise);是输出{then: ƒ e(e,t,i)}
