【问题原因】cas配置文件填写有误，角色字段没有匹配上，导致cas登录之后没有返回角色字段从而iServer没办法匹配对应角色
【解决办法】修改【cas安装目录】/webapps/cas/WEB-INF/classes/application.properties配置文件，将cas.authn.attributeRepository.jdbc[0].attributes.role=usertype改为cas.authn.attributeRepository.jdbc[0].attributes.usertype=usertype
