尝试1，把libiconv写入enable，source生效后，configure也会出现这个错误
尝试2，./configure --with-libiconv=/home/3rd_inst/libiconv 也是这个错误
且无自定义路径。使用的是enable环境变量，把所有依赖放进环境变量中，source
